Personal Information You Provide to Us
Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Fanbot.ai site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

– “Log files” track actions occurring on the site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
– “Tags” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse our site.
We collect personal information when you sign up for our services, when you access our services or otherwise provide us with the information. When you create a bot using our service we also collect information when your end-users sign up and use those bots.
Additionally when you make a subscription (or attempt to make a subscription) through our service, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number that are necessary data for processing your payment. We use the Stripe payment platform to process all payment information and we do not record any of these information that is associated to your payment.
Use of Data
When you register to Fanbot.ai with your social media profile or create an account, we ask for information including your name, email address and – if you decide to subscribe to our service – billing address and information. Fanbot.ai uses the collected information for the following general purposes: further development of our products and services, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact and research.
When you visit the Fanbot.ai website or chatbots, or use any of our services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. This logged data may include information such as your computer’s IP address, geolocation data, browser type or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our site, pages of our site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our site, access times and dates, and other statistics, any chat or messaging bots you have created using our services, your settings and conversation history with the bots(s) and the features you have requested or used . We use this information to monitor and analyze the use of our site and the services, and provide information for the site’s technical administration, to increase our site’s functionality, user-friendliness and to shape it to our visitors’ needs and favors.
We use the device information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our services (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with our site, service and bots, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Furthermore, we may use this data to customize the content for you that we think you might like, based on your usage patterns. We may also use it to improve our services or to help our partners to build better bots using our services, create new features and develop new functions.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Please note that we do not alter our site’s or services’ data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related infrastructure required to run Fanbot.ai. Although Fanbot.ai owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Fanbot.ai application software application, you retain all rights to your content data. We may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as when your actions violate the Terms of Service or if we are required by the law or official investigation.
When you subscribe to our service we will maintain your subscription information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information (or cancel your subscription).
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below or through our Contact page. Additionally, if you are a resident of the European Union we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you subscribe to our service), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States.
You can always opt not to disclose information to us, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with us, to communicate with chatbots, or to take advantage of some of our features. You may stop using our services at any time.
As per requirements of the process, we commit to displaying a list of all our current sub-processors in use by Fanbot.ai. A sub-processor includes any third party that we share personally identifiable info with. The reason we share this information with the sub.processors is strictly operational, we are not selling or trading your data in any way.
